We ask for your name, the email on your account and your country so that we can find the account and the payment, and answer under the right rules; a phone number is optional. What you send is kept for up to 24 months after the matter is closed. How refunds work, the rules for using LectureCam and how we handle your data are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
